Join yoga instructor Jamie Griffin for a calming 45-minute Slow Flow practice in Caramoor’s Sunken Garden. Surrounded by flowers, soft grass, and the gentle sounds of evening birds, you’ll move with steady breath as the day winds down into sunset. Please bring your own mat for this small-group class, limited to 20 participants, designed to create a peaceful space for relaxation and renewal.
Sunset Yoga is a series occurring the first three Mondays in October. Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own!
Meet the Instructor /
Jamie Griffin developed her vinyasa yoga practice during college. After dancing for 16 years, yoga felt like the perfect way to continue building both strength and flexibility. Beyond the physical benefits, she noticed an amazing benefit to her mental wellbeing. In 2016, during her first year as an elementary teacher, she decided to become certified to teach yoga to children aged 2-12, and earned her 200 hour teaching certification at Rebel Yoga in Thornwood in 2024. She currently teaches weekly at Breathe in Chappaqua as well as subbing at a local gym. She enjoys making creative flows that help yogis of all ages expand and find their breath while also enjoying a positive environment and a great playlist.
