Candlelit Sound Healing Experience

Step into a softly illuminated space and allow yourself to slow down. This candlelit sound healing experience offers an evening of deep relaxation and gentle inner reflection.

Held within Caramoor’s historic Rosen House, guests are invited to listen deeply and rest within a setting that honors both creative legacy and mindful presence. Over the course of 75 minutes, layers of sound, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and subtle oceanic textures, are woven together to create a full-body listening experience. Sound becomes an anchor for awareness, breath, and stillness, gently guiding the body and mind into a state of ease.

The evening begins with a grounding, seasonal meditation to help you arrive fully. From there, you’ll rest comfortably as the soundscape unfolds, inviting release, spaciousness, and quiet harmony. A short restorative meditation closes the experience, supporting integration and a renewed sense of balance. Guests often leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more deeply at ease. This is a lying-down, deeply restful experience. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is needed; simply come as you are.
