In our new Caramoor Conversations series, pianist Lara Downes (whose Caramoor concert is on June 30th) interviews musicians who are performing at Caramoor this summer. But we thought we needed to flip the tables, and put Lara in the spotlight. So in this one-off video, Caramoor's Artistic Director Kathy Schuman interviews Lara Downes about her upcoming Caramoor performance and her advocacy work for underrepresented composers.
