The tea spills at this engaging evening of conversation, community, and hands-on exploration centered around the rich and ever-evolving world of tea. Hosted by the Herb Society of America’s NY Unit, this lively panel discussion brings together experts to explore tea from root to cup—covering cultivation and blending, culinary traditions, and the many wellness-forward and cultural uses of this beloved plant.
Moderated by a clinical herbalist and member of the Herb Society of America, the panel discusses both the historical and contemporary significance of tea, offering insight into how it connects agriculture, ritual, flavor, and daily life.
Following the panel, continue the experience with guided tea sampling and an interactive tea-blending workshop. You’ll learn the fundamentals of crafting balanced, intentional blends while creating your own custom tea to take home.
