Caramoor cultivates the next generation of great performers and listeners.
Music appreciation starts here! Caramoor offers a wide array of educational programs that include:
- Caramoor Kids: where students take a field trip to Caramoor, and a Caramoor Teaching Artist visits their school based on a curriculum-based program
- Student Strings: an esteemed string quartet visits a school for a masterclass,
- Evnin Rising Stars: rising star professional string players come to Caramoor for a week-long intensive mentoring program
- Vocal Rising Stars: rising star professional vocalists come to Caramoor for a week-long intensive mentoring program
- Ernst Stiefel String Quartet-in-Residence: one up-and-coming string quartet is chosen each year to complete a year-long residency at Caramoor
- Family & Educational Programming: many family-oriented programs throughout the year are open to the public (free & ticketed)

Student Tickets
We understand that schools have limited resources but strong desires to expose children to music and culture. To support that goal, we offer free and half-price tickets to select performances during the year for students and their families.
