Explore Caramoor
Created in collaboration with an award-winning PBS educational designer, our first foray into the digital educational realm is an interactive digital set of activities in accessible Google Slideshow presentation format with Spanish language audio included. Explore Caramoor is designed with late elementary to middle school students in mind.
Promoting students’ independent learning, Caramoor has integrated archival imagery, artifacts, video and audio elements from the Rosen House and Sonic Innovations collections. Friendly avatars, characters inspired by Caramoor’s dynamic co-founders Lucie and Walter Rosen, welcome visitors into the immersive experience.

Welcome to Lucie’s Room! Within this virtual space, you will find a Google Slide presentation that will allow you to explore objects in the room. Each clickable image will lead you to another slide that will give you background information about the item or an activity to accomplish. Have fun exploring the 6 separate activities.
