EXCLUSIVE CATERER - GREAT PERFORMANCES
Caramoor's buildings and grounds evoke the splendor and spirit of the Italian Renaissance. Primarily an outdoor venue, Caramoor features 90 acres of woodland trails, rolling lawns, sparkling vistas and a super abundance of exquisite flowering gardens perfect for wedding receptions, romantic celebrations, corporate picnics and retreats, and photo shoots. One hour from Manhattan, Caramoor is located in picturesque Katonah, in Northern Westchester County.
Caramoor is available from mid-May to the first week of June and mid-August to early October. Please call for specific dates.
Caramoor's facility fee begins at $7,500 for the use of the Reception Tent (pictured above). Clients have a choice of the Tapestry Hedge or the Sunken Garden for wedding ceremonies. The cocktail hour may also be enjoyed on the lavish lawns, in the gardens or using the open-sided tile-floored Italian Pavilion as a beautiful alternative. Connected to the Italian Pavilion is the brick-floored Reception Tent which seats up to 250 guests for dinner and dancing. Fees for staking and additional tenting may be incurred.
For larger events up to 1,000 people or for extravagant celebrations, the Venetian Theater is available starting at $18,000. The Theater is set around Greek and Roman pink marble columns, topped by Venetian arches and protected by a billowy, light-filtering, century-style tent. The rental fee also includes the use of the grounds, gardens and the Reception Tent.
Cloistered by 12th century Byzantine columns, the unique and evocative Spanish Courtyard and the al fresco Summer Dining Room are available for $10,000. The Spanish Courtyard is limited to wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Dinner and dancing is conducted in the Reception Tent, which is included in the fee.
For an opulent experience, the Music Room and Formal Dining Room of the Rosen House is available starting at $25,000. The palatial Music Room containing sculptures, paintings, 16th century tapestries, wrought iron, stained glass, and carved pilasters is ideal for an exceptional wedding ceremony for 190 guests. Private dinners for 50 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 75 guests may be held in the Formal Dining Room, which is lined in stunning 18th century Chinese wallpaper.

Fees or expenses related to the rental of Caramoor are considered non-tax deductible according to the guidelines of the Department of Internal Revenue.
Corporate retreats and meetings take place in the Diane Moss Education Center, a colorful lively, informal space in one of Caramoor's original Mediterranean-style buildings. Rental fees begin at $1,500. On the first floor, the inviting Activity Room (1,000 sq. ft.) is ideal for group discussions and lectures for up to 80 attendees. Adjacent to the Activity Room, is the Workshop Room (725 sq. ft.) which is appropriate for small break-out sessions or coffee breaks. A small kitchen is located on the second floor along with two smaller meeting rooms (377 sq. ft. and 208 sq. ft.).
Photo shoots are available at Caramoor:
- Fees are $1,750 for the grounds; $2,500 for the Spanish Courtyard and grounds, and the interior of the Rosen House begins at $3,500, per eight (8) hour day.
- Film Shoots can also be arranged; fees are determined after a scheduled conference.
